Classes and Passes

Our yoga classes range from Vinyasa to Yin with a unique house special in between lovingly called the Homegrown 26. We also offer chair yoga for those looking for more accessibility in their practice.
Our pilates program is up and coming, with our foundational class being a traditional mat pilates. We also offer a HIIT style class full of cardio and strength training.
We pride ourselves on our unique takes on traditional styles and “Barreless” is one of them! This low impact, high intensity style is sure to become a favorite of yours!

We love to offer opportunities to expand your yoga experience and toolbox. Workshops are for subjects an practices that may not make it into our regular schedule such as sound healing, nature practices, and more!
